About the Course

Designed for children aged 5–12, this heart-led 8-week course explores the small but powerful lessons found in everyday life, like starting the day with intention, understanding our emotions, finding joy in nature, and bouncing back from tricky moments. Each week we explore a real-life story children can relate to, with calming mindfulness anchors, creative expression, reflective journaling, and simple acts of kindness to carry into the world. It’s a beautiful way to nurture emotional awareness, build resilience, and gently strengthen your child’s inner calm, all while keeping things playful and accessible.

Meet Emma

Hi, I’m Emma I'm a mama of four, a passionate primary school teacher, and a big believer in the power of a positive mindset. I hold a Master’s in Education (with a major in Gifted Education) and have been lucky to experience a variety of teaching roles over the years, from classroom teaching in London and Sydney, to tutoring university students, supervising preservice teachers, and even volunteering at a girls’ school in Delhi, India. After living abroad with my family, we’ve now settled back on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where I’ve also completed a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Well-being. Both in my home and in my work, I’ve seen the ripple effects of mindfulness and a growth mindset firsthand, and it’s my hope that more children can experience those same lasting benefits. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to share this course with you. It’s been designed with heart to help little souls slow down, feel grounded, and discover the joy of mindfulness and gratitude.
